The basics
What is Brandmundo in one sentence?
An AI that generates ready-made social media post ideas for your specific business — you swipe through them, keep what you like, and publish.
Do I need marketing experience to use it?
No — that’s the point. Brandmundo is built for owners who run the business and do the socials on the side. The AI handles the "what should I post?" part; you stay the judge of what fits.
Which platforms does Brandmundo support?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X — each with its native formats (Reels, Stories, carousels, documents, threads, polls and more).
Does Brandmundo post to my accounts automatically?
Yes — connect an account in Settings → Channels and scheduled posts publish automatically at their scheduled time, on every plan. Instagram and Facebook publish all their common post types; LinkedIn auto-publishes text and single-image posts; X auto-publishes text and single-image tweets; TikTok publishes videos (pending TikTok’s approval of our app). Anything else — LinkedIn polls or documents, X threads, a text-only Instagram idea, or an account you haven’t connected — gets a reminder when it’s due so you post it yourself. Brandmundo never posts anything you didn’t schedule.
Can I use Brandmundo on my phone?
Yes — there are native iPhone and Android apps with the full product, and everything syncs instantly with the web app.
Accounts & brands
Can I manage multiple brands or Instagram accounts?
Yes. Growth supports up to 3 brands and Studio up to 25, each with its own profile, ideas and calendar. Switch between them from the brand name at the top of the app.
Do my team members get their own login?
Not yet — accounts are single-user today. Multi-seat access is on the roadmap; until then, many small teams simply share one login.
Can I change my business type or details after onboarding?
Everything you answered during onboarding is editable later in Settings — business details, audiences, channels, voice. Ideas adapt from the next batch onward.
Pricing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes idea generation (up to 20 ideas a month), the full editing workflow, and a 30-credit welcome bonus for trying AI images.
How much does it cost compared to hiring help?
A freelance social media manager typically runs hundreds to thousands per month. Brandmundo plans go from $19 to $149 a month — you bring the 15 minutes a day, it brings the ideas.
What do credits pay for?
Only AI image generation (5 credits per image). Ideas, caption rewrites, scheduling and everything else are free on every plan.
