Plain answers about what Brandmundo stores, who processes it, and what happens when you leave. The full legal version is in our privacy policy; this is the readable summary.
What we store
- Your account — email, sign-in method, notification preferences.
- Your brand profiles — everything you tell us about each brand: business details, audiences, tone, channels, events, competitors.
- Your content — generated ideas, captions, schedules, posting history, and the photos and videos in your media library.
- Billing records — your plan, status and credit balance. We never see or store card numbers — payment details live entirely with the payment provider.
- Generation logs — technical records of AI batches (model, cost, usage) for billing accuracy and abuse prevention.
Who processes it
A short, deliberate list of processors, each doing one job: our database and storage host (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe on the web; Apple, Google and RevenueCat for mobile purchases), AI text and image generation (OpenAI and fal.ai — they receive your brand context to write for you, and don't use it to train on), transactional email (Resend), push-notification delivery (Expo), error monitoring (Sentry, EU-hosted) so we hear about crashes before you have to report them, and product analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted) so we can see which features help and which don't. We don't sell data, and there's no ad tracking in the product.
When you delete your account
Deletion starts a 30-day grace period during which you can change your mind. After that, everything is permanently erased — account, brands, ideas, media, the lot. The details are in Deleting your account.
