Brandmundo sends a small number of emails — and on mobile, push notifications. Everything optional is controlled from Settings → Notifications.

Emails you can turn off
- Weekly brief — Monday morning digest: what's scheduled this week, upcoming occasions, and a nudge of fresh ideas. If you manage several brands, they're bundled into one email.
- Setup reminders — a weekly summary of unfinished setup steps (missing brand assets, no channel connected to publish). Stops by itself once setup is complete.
- Onboarding nudges — only sent if you start the onboarding wizard and don't finish it.
Emails that always arrive
Transactional email — sign-in codes, password resets, billing receipts, account deletion confirmations — can't be disabled, because your account stops working safely without them.
Push notifications (mobile)
The iOS and Android apps send one kind of push: a reminder when a scheduled post that you publish yourself is due, so nothing slips. Posts on a connected account publish automatically, so they don't need a reminder. The app asks for permission once, the first time you schedule a post — decline and it stays silent, no nagging. There's a master switch in the app under Settings → Notifications; if you declined the system prompt, that same switch takes you to your phone's settings to turn it back on.
