Knowing who you're up against sharpens everything you post. The Competitors page keeps your competitive landscape in one place — and Brandmundo can even find your competitors for you.

Auto-discovery

In Settings → Competitors, run discovery and Brandmundo searches the web for businesses competing with yours — scoped to how you operate. Local businesses get nearby competitors (with ratings and addresses pulled in where available); country-wide and online businesses get matches at their actual scale. You'll get up to ten suggestions per run; keep the real ones, ignore the rest.

What you can track

Each competitor entry holds:

  • Name and website
  • Social handles — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X — so checking their feeds is one tap away
  • Free-form notes: their angle, what they do well, where you beat them

You can add competitors manually too, and edit or remove them anytime. There's no cap, and the feature is available on every plan.

How to use it well

Treat the notes field as your differentiation cheat-sheet. When you spot a competitor leaning on price, note it — then make your posts lean on quality or service. The clearest input for standing apart is still your brand profile's differentiator and posting playbook; your competitor notes are the raw material for keeping those sharp.

More to come

Today competitors are a research and reference tool. Deeper integration — like generation that actively positions your posts against what competitors are doing — is on the roadmap.
