Two small settings shape the voice of every caption Brandmundo writes for you: tone and emoji usage. You set them during onboarding, and they quietly steer every batch afterwards.

Tone
Four options, applied to everything written for your brand:
- Casual — relaxed, conversational, like talking to a regular.
- Professional — polished and credible, without being stiff.
- Playful — light, witty, willing to joke.
- Direct — short sentences, no fluff, straight to the point.
Emoji usage
- None — keep it clean, zero emoji.
- Some — one or two per post, where they earn their place (the default).
- Lots — emoji-forward, expressive captions.
The bigger voice picture
These two are the dials; your posting playbook is the free-text voice guide that sits above them, and your team-size answer decides whether captions say “I” or “we”. If your captions feel off in a way the dials can't fix — a phrase you'd never use, topics you avoid — write it into the playbook in Settings → Preferences. Tone and emoji choices can also be adjusted per batch from the generate panel.
