Connected accounts publish automatically, but when a post stays on the manual flow — an account you haven't connected, or a shape that doesn't auto-publish yet like a LinkedIn poll or an X thread — the last step is you, pasting the finished caption into the platform's app. These are the fastest paths from a finished idea to your clipboard.
From the post preview
Open any liked idea to see its full platform-native preview. The caption and hashtags sections each have their own copy button:
- Copy caption — the caption text, exactly as written.
- Copy hashtags — all hashtags as one ready-to-paste line (
#likethis #andthis).
They're separate on purpose: on Instagram many people paste hashtags as a first comment rather than in the caption, and on LinkedIn or X you may want to trim them before posting.

From the Posts list
Each card in your Posts screen has a quick Copy button that grabs the caption without opening the post — handy when you're publishing several posts in a row. The button flashes a checkmark and “Copied” so you know it landed on the clipboard.
Images
Download the post's image from the preview, then attach it in the platform app as usual. On mobile, use the share/save options so the image lands in your camera roll ready for the Instagram or TikTok composer.
