Managing multiple brands

How to run more than one brand from a single account, and what each one keeps separate.

On the Growth and Studio plans you can run several brands from one account — each with its own profile, ideas, settings and calendar. Here's how brands are separated, what they share, and how to switch between them.

The brand switcher sheet listing two brands with the active one checked

Capture: Account with 2+ brands: tap the brand name at the top of the app to open the brand switcher sheet. Capture it showing both brands, the checkmark on the active one, and the 'Add another brand' row. Light mode, crop to 16:9.

How many brands you get

  • Free and Starter — 1 brand.
  • Growth — up to 3 brands.
  • Studio — up to 25 brands, built for agencies and multi-brand operators.

Switching and adding brands

Tap your brand name at the top of the app to open the brand switcher. It lists every brand on your account with a checkmark on the active one — pick another to switch instantly. The same sheet has an Add another brand row, which walks you through the full onboarding flow again for the new brand: business details, location, audiences, channels. That keeps every brand's ideas grounded in its own profile rather than a copy of the first one.

If you're at your plan's brand limit, the switcher shows an upgrade prompt instead of the add row.

What's separate, what's shared

Everything content-related is fully separated per brand:

  • Ideas, liked posts, schedules and posting history
  • Brand profile, tone, audiences and channels
  • Events, competitors, content sources and brand moves
  • Per-brand learning — your swipes on one brand never affect another

Two things are shared across all brands, because they belong to you rather than to a brand: your credit balance (one wallet, spent from whichever brand you're working in) and your subscription.

Removing a brand

To delete a brand you no longer need, switch to it and open Settings → Your business. At the bottom you'll find Delete brand. On web you confirm by typing the brand's name — deletion is permanent and removes everything scoped to that brand: ideas, audiences, competitors and events.

Deleting a brand doesn't change your subscription or credit balance — those belong to your account, not to a brand.

Your last brand can't be deleted

Your account always keeps at least one brand, so the delete option is disabled when only one remains. If you want to leave Brandmundo entirely, delete your account instead — see Deleting your account.
