Daily publishing limits per platform

Each platform caps how many posts one account can publish per day. How the rolling 24-hour count works, that it is per connected account, and what happens if a post hits the limit.

Each social platform limits how many posts one account can publish through it in a day. The limits are high, so normal posting never comes close. But Brandmundo keeps track of them anyway, so a busy day or a burst of Publish now posts can never push an account past what the platform allows.

The daily limit per platform

Limits are counted per connected account, over a rolling 24 hours (not a calendar day). A post counts for 24 hours after it goes out, then frees up again.

Facebook35
LinkedIn50
TikTok25
X50

These match each platform's own published limits. They count successful posts only, per account. If you run two brands with separate accounts on the same platform, each gets its own daily count.

What happens if you reach a limit

If an account has already hit its limit when a post is due, Brandmundo can't publish it for you right then. The post falls back to the manual flow: you get the usual reminder, the post shows a publishing-failed notice, and you can post it yourself or try again once the day's count clears. Nothing is lost, and the post stays in your queue. See Scheduling and marking posts as posted for how the manual flow works.

Will I ever hit these limits?

Almost certainly not. The limits exist to protect your connected accounts from a runaway burst of posts, not to cap normal use. A steady posting schedule stays far below them.
