Short answers on plans, credits and payments. The articles in this collection go deeper on each.
Plans
Is Brandmundo free?
There’s a real free plan: up to 20 ideas a month, the full editing workflow, and 30 welcome credits for AI images. Paid plans (from $19/month) add monthly credits, more brands and more storage.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades go through Manage subscription on the billing page, and take effect through the billing portal. Annual plans save you two months versus monthly.
Why do I see prices in dollars (or euros)?
Currency follows your browser’s language region — Europe sees EUR, everywhere else USD. The currency you check out in is the one your subscription stays in.
Credits
What do credits actually pay for?
One thing only: AI image generation, at 5 credits per render. Ideas, rewrites, scheduling and uploads are free on every plan.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal — use them or lose them. Top-up pack credits (and your welcome bonus) never expire.
I ran out mid-month — what’s the cheapest fix?
A top-up pack (from $10 for 100 credits) rather than a tier upgrade: pack credits never expire, so a one-off heavy month doesn’t lock you into a bigger plan.
Payments & cancelling
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → cancel. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you’ve paid for; nothing is deleted afterwards — your account just becomes a free plan.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your subscription shows "Past due" and paid features pause until the charge succeeds — nothing is deleted, and your top-up credits stay available. Update your card via Manage subscription and everything snaps back.
I subscribed in the mobile app — why can’t I manage it on the web?
Subscriptions live where you started them: App Store and Google Play purchases are managed in your store’s subscription settings, web purchases in the web billing portal. This split is what prevents double billing.
Where do I find my invoices?
Manage subscription on the billing page opens the billing portal, which holds every invoice as a downloadable PDF.
