You can delete your Brandmundo account from Settings → Profile on web or in the mobile app. Deletion uses a 30-day grace period, so an impulsive Tuesday decision doesn't have to be final on Wednesday.
How it works
- You request deletion — your account is locked immediately and signs you out everywhere.
- 30-day grace period — your data is kept but inaccessible. Sign back in during this window and you can restore the account exactly as it was.
- Permanent deletion — after 30 days, everything is removed for good: brand profiles, ideas, schedule, media library, settings.
What happens to your subscription
An active subscription is set to cancel at the end of its current billing period — you aren't charged again, and there's no partial refund for time already paid. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also check the store's subscription page to confirm it shows as ending.
Before you go
Download anything you want to keep — generated images and uploads in your media library, captions you might reuse. Once the grace period ends, nothing is recoverable, by us or by you.

Cancelling your subscription drops you to the free plan without deleting anything — your brand, ideas and library all stay put, and top-up credits keep waiting for you.
