Your media library

How to upload, find and organize your own photos and videos.

The media library is the home for every visual you use in Brandmundo: photos and videos you upload, plus every AI image you generate. Anything in it can be attached to a post from the composer.

Uploading

  • Images — JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each.
  • Videos — MP4, QuickTime or WebM, up to 100 MB and 90 seconds. A thumbnail is extracted automatically.

Total storage depends on your plan: 200 MB on Free, 2 GB on Starter, 20 GB on Growth, 100 GB on Studio.

Finding things again

Search by filename, filter by type (image or video) and by source — uploaded by you versus AI-generated. Add up to 8 custom tags per item (“menu,” “team,” “before-after”) and filter by tag when your library grows.

Trash and restore

Deleting moves media to the trash rather than destroying it. Anything in the trash can be restored for 30 days; after that it's removed for good. The trash has its own tab inside the library.

Generated images land here too

Every AI image you render is added to the library automatically — regenerating an idea's image never destroys the previous version.
