Signing in
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, just use that button — there’s no password to forget.
Can I sign in with Google if I signed up with email?
Yes — sign-in methods stack. Add Google (or Apple, on iPhone) to the same account and use whichever is handiest; they all lead to the same account as long as the email matches.
Can I change my account email?
Yes, from your profile settings — you’ll confirm the new address via a verification email before the switch takes effect.
Notifications
How do I stop the weekly brief?
Settings → Notifications, toggle it off. It’s the Monday-morning digest of your scheduled week and upcoming occasions — useful, but entirely optional.
Which emails can’t I turn off?
Only the transactional ones an account needs to function: password resets, email verification and billing receipts. Everything else has a toggle.
Why am I not getting push notifications on my phone?
Check two switches: notification permission for Brandmundo in your phone’s system settings, and the toggles in the app’s Settings → Notifications. Both need to be on.
Your data
How do I delete my account?
From your profile settings. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period during which you can sign back in and restore everything; after that, all data is permanently erased.
Can I get my data back after deleting?
Within the 30-day grace window, yes — sign in and restore. After the window closes the deletion is final and nothing can be recovered.
Does Brandmundo sell my data?
No. We use a short list of processors to run the product (database, payments, AI generation, email) and there’s no ad tracking. The privacy article in this collection has the plain-language breakdown.
