Setting up your brand profile

A walk through the onboarding wizard, and how your answers shape the ideas you get.

When you create your account, a short onboarding wizard builds your first brand profile. Everything the AI generates is grounded in this profile, so a couple of thoughtful answers here pay off in every idea you see later.

The onboarding steps

  1. Your business — name, a short description, and optionally your website. Brandmundo reads these and suggests a business type (local shop, e-commerce, service business, hospitality, creator, and so on) for you to confirm.
  2. Location — whether you serve a local area, a country, or customers worldwide. Local businesses get location-aware ideas and the right public holidays in their events calendar. Fully online businesses skip this step.
  3. Audiences — Brandmundo suggests a few audience personas based on your description; pick the ones that fit. You can edit, add or remove audiences any time in Settings.
  4. Channels — based on your business, Brandmundo recommends the platforms to focus on (from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X). Confirm the suggestion or tap Edit to change it. Ideas are only generated for your chosen channels, and you can connect accounts for automatic publishing later, on the Integrations page. That page also shows which platforms we recommend, and re-analyzing your brand (Brand → Details) refreshes the recommendation.
  5. Posting frequency — how often you want to post (once a week, a few times a week, or daily). This spaces out the slots when you let Brandmundo schedule posts for you automatically. You can change it any time in Settings.

What happens when you finish

As soon as you complete the wizard, Brandmundo starts working in the background: it builds a set of brand-specific content recipes from your answers and generates your first batch of ideas. By the time you land on the deck, there's usually something to swipe.

Nothing is locked in

Every answer from onboarding lives in Settings → Business, Audiences and Channels. As your business evolves, update the profile — future ideas pick up the changes immediately.
