Managing your subscription

Where to switch plans, update payment or cancel, whether you signed up on web or mobile.

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it: on the web through Stripe, or in the mobile app through the App Store or Google Play.

Subscribed on the web

Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the secure Stripe customer portal. There you can switch plans, move between monthly and annual billing, update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your plan and credits until then.

Subscribed on iPhone or Android

In-app purchases are managed by the store, not by Brandmundo:

  • iOS — Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Brandmundo.
  • Android — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Brandmundo.

Whichever platform you subscribed on, your plan applies everywhere — a subscription bought on iPhone unlocks the web app too.

One subscription, one place

To prevent double billing, the mobile app hides its upgrade options if you already have an active web subscription. If you want to switch billing platforms, cancel in one place, let the period run out, then subscribe in the other.

What happens to credits when you cancel

Monthly credits remain usable until the end of the paid period, then stop renewing. Top-up credits are yours forever — they survive cancellation and are waiting if you come back.

Currency

Prices are charged in EUR for customers in Europe and USD elsewhere, picked automatically at checkout.
